How much does a project with AUTOMATA cost?
Websites start at €2,490, AI chatbots at €2,900, custom software at €9,900 and apps at €14,900 (all net). You receive the fixed price for your project after a free initial call – with a clearly described scope and timeline.
Do you only work with companies in Vienna?
We are based in Vienna and happy to meet clients here in person. We deliver projects just as well for companies across Austria, Germany and internationally – remotely, in German or English.
Who owns the source code?
Once paid in full, you receive the agreed usage rights to the software we built for you. We set out the details in writing in the proposal.
Can you take over or extend existing software?
Yes. We first review the code, infrastructure and documentation and tell you honestly whether extending or rebuilding makes more sense.
How safe are AI solutions in terms of data protection?
We choose providers and hosting so that GDPR compliance is achievable, minimise the data processed and document the processing. For the legal assessment we work with your legal advisers.
Do you look after the solution after launch?
Yes – with maintenance contracts, monitoring and continuous development. Or as a dedicated digital department on subscription.
