ADMISSIO
ADMISSIO is an application platform for markets, events and seasonal businesses: exhibitors and staff apply online, and the team reviews, decides and informs with a single click. The software runs on the operator's own web space and is unlocked by licence.
The challenge
Every season it is the same: print forms, chase missing documents, maintain lists and write every acceptance or rejection individually. Applications arrive by email, PDF and phone – the work stays with the organiser, and the overview gets lost.
The solution
Two modules, licensed separately or together. Exhibitors apply in three steps with uploads and a digital signature for one or several markets and follow their status in their own portal. For staff there are job listings, an applicant portal and interview slots that applicants book themselves. In the admin area each team works in its own workspace: applications by status, automatic status emails, mass mailings, messages, application periods and Excel export with freely selectable columns. Roles control who may see what; every action is logged.
The outcome
The result is a bilingual platform (German and English) with its own product page, online purchase via AUTOMATA and signed updates with backup and undo. Before every release all workflows are tested on SQLite and MySQL, including an update test from the previous version.
