gspart.
gspart. compares the weekly grocery shop in Austria: say your shopping list out loud and the app shows in which store the whole shop is roughly cheapest – at Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Spar, MPreis and dm. Free with a short ad, or Premium without ads.

The challenge
Saving money would mean comparing the leaflets and online shops of several chains, item by item. Hardly anyone does that – least of all older people. And nobody drives to a different store for a single carton of milk. What matters is where the whole shop costs the least.
The solution
The shopping list is simply spoken (“milk, bread, six eggs …”) or typed; a photographed note works too. gspart finds the cheapest variant of each item and shows the approximate total per store nearby – no individual prices, no driving back and forth. After shopping, the receipt is scanned, long receipts in parts; “Spending” shows what was spent and what was saved. The app runs in the browser, can be added to the home screen, speaks seven languages and needs no sign-up; the list and receipts stay on the phone. In the background gspart collects prices from the chains’ publicly accessible online shops and identifies itself openly. Its own back office shows live visitors, SEO and Google, and the ad slots with run time, billing and reports for advertisers.
The outcome
gspart. has been live on gspart.at since October 2026 – with its own website, web app, Premium subscription and ad slots for retailers and brands, in German, English, Russian, Turkish, BCS, Albanian and Romanian. Every version is checked with automated runs before release, from speaking the list to the scanned receipt.
