The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228); a link to it is therefore no longer provided. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body and decide on a case-by-case basis whether to take part.
