Integration & API Development in Vienna
When systems do not talk to each other, people become the interface – with copy and paste, exports and the errors that come with them. AUTOMATA builds integrations in Vienna that connect your software reliably: online shop to ERP, CRM to accounting, website to payment provider. Error handling and monitoring make sure you know when something is off.

Questions & answers
How is an integration implemented, and how long does it take?
We first review the documentation and access for the systems involved and define which data flows in which direction. Duration depends on how well the systems are documented and how many data objects need to be synchronised.
How much does an integration cost?
Cost depends on the number and type of systems involved, data volume and requirements for real-time processing and monitoring. After a free initial consultation, you receive a proposal with a clearly defined scope of work.
What if our system has no API?
There is usually still a way: database access, file exchange via CSV or XML, email import or, in individual cases, automating the user interface. We assess the options and recommend the most stable one.
Who takes care of it when an integration fails?
Our integrations log every sync and report errors automatically. Under a maintenance agreement, we handle monitoring and adjustments, for example when a provider changes its API.
