The challenge
Many small businesses lose jobs not on price but on speed: inquiries sit for days because the quote only gets written in the evening. Existing tools are often heavy or require learning a full ERP system first.
The solution
Offerta collects inquiries straight from the business mailbox, accepts pasted text or reads an existing quote as a PDF or Word file. It drafts a quote from the company's own service catalogue – the business reviews and approves it, and nothing reaches the customer without approval. The customer opens the quote via a personal link and accepts it with an on-screen signature; if it sits unanswered, Offerta follows up automatically and politely. A comparison against the market price range shows where services are priced too low or too high. The AI is deliberately vendor-neutral: Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, whichever access the business already has.
The outcome
The result is a multi-tenant web platform with several companies per account, its own layout per company, plan management and subscription billing via AUTOMATA. Software updates are signed, test-started before switching over and rolled back automatically if anything fails; more than 1,500 automated checks safeguard the workflows.
