Questions & answers
How does a tracking or privacy project work and how long does it take?
We start with an inventory of all services and tags in use, create a concept and implement it once you approve. Finally, we test consent behaviour and data flows. The duration depends on the number of websites, services and stakeholders involved.
How much does implementation cost?
It depends on your starting point and scope – for example, whether you need only a consent banner or a full server-side setup. After a free initial consultation you receive a proposal with clearly defined services.
Does the European Accessibility Act apply to us?
In Austria, the Act is implemented through the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz (BaFG), which has applied since 28 June 2025 to certain products and services, including many online shops and other e-commerce services for consumers. Whether and to what extent your company is affected, for instance due to exemptions for microenterprises, should be assessed by your legal counsel. We audit your website technically and implement the necessary improvements.
Is server-side tagging automatically GDPR-compliant?
No. Server-side tagging improves control over which data goes to which services, but it does not replace consent where consent is required. We configure it so your consent settings continue to be enforced technically.
