Lichtergarten
Umbrella website for Austria’s Lichtergarten light festivals: Imperial Lights at Schönbrunn Palace Park, Illumina at Laxenburg Palace Park and Lichterzauber on the Bürgeralpe in Mariazell.
- Events & Culture
- lichtergarten.at

The challenge
Three light festivals in different locations needed to appear under one shared brand without losing their own names. Visitors need dates, opening hours, directions and a route to tickets for each location quickly, in both German and English.
The solution
The home page lists every light garden side by side with its venue and dates and leads to a dedicated event page for each. There, visitors find opening hours, visit duration, directions with a Google Maps link, a gallery and a detailed FAQ including accessibility information. Ticket buttons connect to the ticket shop, and gift vouchers are linked in the footer. The bilingual site is built with Astro.
The outcome
Visitors compare the locations at a glance and get from an event page to tickets in a single click. Common questions about travel, groups and accessibility are answered up front.
