The challenge
The event is aimed at music and art lovers from Austria and abroad, many of whom plan their Vienna trip well ahead. The website has to explain how the evening works and keep choosing a date and price category simple.
The solution
The homepage walks through the evening step by step: viewing, concert, programme and venue. Under “Plan your evening”, a seating plan and the price categories show guests what to expect, and concert dates can be selected directly. Booking runs through a ticketing system on its own subdomain, and a Google Maps link helps with planning the route. Content is available in German and English, and a B2B offer for groups is provided as a PDF.
The outcome
