The challenge
A rental business works differently from a regular shop: customers are not buying a product but booking a period of time. On top of that, the audience is a mix of international travellers and Georgian families.
The solution
The shop is built on WooCommerce, and items are booked for the desired rental period via a date picker. Eight categories, such as high chairs and feeding or bathing and changing, each show their number of items. Bestsellers with prices in lari, a “How it works” page and FAQs explain how renting works. The website is available in English and Georgian.
The outcome
Parents can choose equipment for their stay before they arrive and book it for the right period. The offer is just as easy to understand for visitors from abroad as for local customers.
